Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of accepting delivery of the product. We will not be liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us. You must return the product in its original condition and packaging with a tracking number. Some items are not available for returns and are outlined in the Exclusions section below.

EXCLUSIONS 

We regret to inform you that the following items are non-returnable. However, according to consumer law, we will accept returns if a product is found to be faulty as a result of the manufacturing process. 

No exchange or refund on earrings due to health regulations: Due to hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. 

No exchange or refund on sale items: All sale items are final and non-refundable. This excludes items purchased during storewide sales. 

No exchange or refund on candles once they have been used: Once candles have been used, we are unable to accept any exchanges or provide refunds. 

No exchange or refund on any Custom-Made Products: Please note that all custom made products are made to order and many are personalized to your liking. Consequently, we are unable to accept exchanges or provide refunds for such products. We kindly request that you carefully consider your choice before purchasing our Custom-Made products.
